too slow!

june 4 day 26 25 miles total 672 stomach issues led to a late start and disappointing mileage. but i had a wonderful day otherwise. tom and luke got me safely through the day of perfect weather. no heat no rain! good night all laz

between those buildings…. that blue is lake erie. it is not, after all, another new york myth (like the hills coming to an end, or the weather being perfect for the rest of the week) you have to blow it up to see, but erie is the dark blue piece at the very bottom.
