We wanted all of the folks at home to share some of the fun and spirit (and mystery) of HOTS this year.
So the map will be a little different…

The course will not be marked on the map. At first checkin in the morning you will see all of the runners clustered at the start on an otherwise ordinary map.
You can guess how they are getting from there to the rock.

12 hours later you will see the breadcrumbs of runners’ locations spread along the course, revealing the part that has been covered.

the same will happen 12 hours after that, with an additional segment of the course revealed by the runners strung out along it.

you can only guess and speculate where they will be going next…

this will continue every 12 hours, with more of the course revealed with each update until the winner reaches the rock!
