lazcon update

may 29 day 20 27 miles total 512 another hot, hot day the mountains may be behind me but the hills never end in upstate new york. my hip issue got nasty during the afternoon but eased up at the end. 500 miles doesn’t sound like much, but it is a long way! hard to believe that after tomorrow i will have been walking 14 hours a day for 3 weeks. laz
