back to back days with very poor output.
every long run has its ups and downs.
in a run like this
i reckon the downs can last for days.
i know one of my biggest problems is food.
stupid pill cuts out eating breakfast.
trying to keep moving limits lunch.
and at night i am too tired to eat,
and need to get in bed as fast as possible.
the messed up little toe is excruciatingly painful.
and the big toe on the other foot is not much better.
but i don’t have a single blister
and really no problem i did not start with.
except i am starving!
is going to cram food into me tonight
so we will see what tomorrow brings
