day 4 may 13 tough day most of the day. but a strong finish for 25 miles in 13 hours. far cry from 35 in 14 and a half yesterday . gary david took good care of me when i was struggling and a surprise visit from the legend craig wilson lifted my spirits at the end. goodnight all

as good as day 1 was day 2 was just that bad. terrible traffic no shoulder. spent much of the day in the lane with traffic missing me by inches. only got 21 miles and bailed early to see if i can finish us1 before sunrise…. and returning traffic. legs and feet are good back is shaky. stomach having some issues. biggest problem is google map measurements. i have 45 miles which should have put Read more
