vole stare toad race… 132 hour update.

not much time.
we managed to find a few moments to come down off the mountain.
but the next runner is already on the way to the rock,
with many more following.
evenly spaced runners extend all the way to columbia.

i am hoping to get another hour or so of sleep.
so the real update will probably come from the rock later tonight.

today featured heat.
tonight featured a huge storm that swept the field.
including the finish line.

a small victory on the day was keeping the tents standing at the finish.
but we are all into some serious sleep deprivation.
